All artwork must be applied to our templates. You can locate the templates HERE. If the template you're looking for is not available on the Artwork Templates page, submit a ticket via the Help Desk and we'll make sure you get what you need.
If you need help applying the artwork to the template(s), we'd be happy to help you. Just submit a request for help via the Help Desk. Our rate is $50/hour. We'll give you an estimate regarding how long we think it will take before moving forward so you'll have an idea what to expect.

There is a $25 charge for the creation of a Master CD from WAV files.
We cannot guarantee the duplicated CDs will play properly if any of your tracks bleed into the next song without a gap. In addition, WAV files don't hold metadata, so the metadata (i.e. artist, album and track names, etc.) will not appear on the finished product when inserted into a CD player. If you wish to avoid these issues, we suggest you mail a physical "Red Book" Master CD. A Red Book CD should play on ANY CD player.
The Master Disc is a copy of the audio (WAV) files you provide for us to duplicate. You are responsible for ensuring that the disc plays properly before submitting. The Master CD should be playable on a regular CD player and the songs should be in the proper order with any potential cross-fades and embedded data in place. Submitted CD-R masters must be in perfect condition with no scratches or imperfections. Use a high-quality CD-R brand. Please ensure accuracy before sending the disc to avoid any costly mistakes. And please keep a duplicate copy of the disc for future reference. We highly suggest that you send the disc via a service that provides tracking information (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

We accept DVD-R, DDP archive on DVD-R, DLT, or a pre-manufactured DVD disc. Data must be identified as DVD-5, DVD-9 or DVD-10. In case of DVD-9 and DVD-10, data must be further identified as layer 0 or layer 1. You can upload DDP files or mail in a physical master. A "DDP 2.0" file set is the recommended format for uploading a "replication-ready" master. A DDP file set contains the audio and all other necessary information required by the manufacturing plant. A DDP file set is typically prepared at a mastering studio using special software, your studio can upload a DDP file set directly on your behalf. It is recommended that DDP file sets be placed in a zipped or stuffed folder prior to uploading.

We cannot guarantee that your video will be accepted for inclusion on OMG Live. Acceptance is based on overall quality and appropriateness of content contained in the video.
